Website Contact and Launch Signups

Our contact form collects your name, email address, selected subject, and message. Launch signup forms collect your email address and your agreement to receive launch updates. Submissions are sent to info@spot-ya.com and handled through our website and email hosting providers. We use contact details to respond to inquiries and signup details to send the launch updates you requested. To stop launch updates, reply to an update or email info@spot-ya.com. Please do not submit passwords, bank account details, or payment card information through these forms.

Website Technical Information

The website uses browser session storage to remember whether the launch popup has been shown during your session. The form handler uses an IP-derived temporary identifier to limit repeated submissions. Our hosting provider may process connection and server-log information to deliver and protect the website.

App Features and Availability

The app-related practices below apply when the corresponding feature is available and used. A website visit or launch signup does not itself collect the full set of app-account and transaction information described below. Additional notices or permissions will be presented where applicable.
